Cultivate

Isaiah 61:11

“For as…a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.”

Short Poem

From dust we came and to it shall we return. Our clay bodies, fragile in frame. I think it’s beautiful the thought of being a part of God’s heavenly garden, just like the times in Eden. His Word is a seed planted in the soil of our hearts. We spring up and praise Him with our hands. The trees shout and do a little dance. His seed remains in us forever. The steady cultivation of our ground for the better. The washing of His Word quenches our thirst. He breathed His breath into this dust. I’ve been made alive no more dry and parched land. The rays of the SON gives me life again.
